      The Plastic Injection Mold Making Department With the continual development, the Mold making department has acquired many first class journeyman mold makers with ability through innovative thinking to solve problems quickly to avoid delay and cost overrun. It is divided into two sections, the engineering design section, and the mold shop. Our 20 highly trained engineer work with sophisticated 3D modeling software to provide solutions for you. This includes concurrent engineering using multi-dimensional designs. By combining years of mold making expertise and first class engineering, your mold will be designed to meet your objectives and enhance your productivities. The moldshop has more than 100 workers and the latest advanced equipment.

 

 

The Plastic Injection Molding Department:

      The plastic injection-molding process begins when a customer provides us with specifications are often created in consultation with our technical staffs.During the mold-making process, suitable plastic resin for the particular product is selected and purchased. The company mold is mounted onto injection machines, which are classified according to the clamping force (the pressure per square inch required to hold a mold in place during the injection molding process). We have 10 injections molding machines at present, ranging from 80 to 600 tons of clamping force. Each of our machines is capable of servicing a variety of applications and product configurations and the Company has machines, which permit us to fabricate plastic parts as small as button gear and as large as computer cases and keyboards.
